2012 TFCE: Our annual TFCE (The Flattest Century in the East) will be held September 9, 2012. TFCE is always held the first Sunday after Labor Day, remember? Registration for non-members will open May 1. However, NBW members will be able to register April 1 ... note to members: take advantage of this early-bird members-only opportunity because once we open registration to the world on May 1 the ride fills in less than five days. We have no pity for members who come crying in August that they missed TFCE registration (we really don't), so check your membership expiration date now (see the address label on your last newsletter or send email to membership@nbwclub.org) and renew if you need to.

Annual Meeting: Ted Shwartz was elected NBW President, and Paula Raposo was elected NBW Treasurer at the Nov 5 2011 Annual Meeting. Their terms will begin February 1, 2012. Elizabeth Masterson, Vice President, and Mark St. Amour, Secretary, were re-elected to one-year terms. Bonnie Reibman was elected 2011 Volunteer of the Year and will serve a term on the Board of Directors.

NBW Holiday Party: A great crowd attended Patricia Lang's house after the Cranston Ride for her Holiday Party; over $2,500 was donated to support Amos House, Providence. Thank you, to all who attended after the ride, and also all those who could not attend but who sent in their donations to this local and very worthy cause.
